Artist rendition of "little mikey", all grown up, SURFACES!

The rarely photographed "cereal icon" was seen recently entering a local gymnasium. The paparazzi on hand, Snappy Shooterstone made the decision not to photograph "little mikey", stating that his decision was made from one of pure self-preservation.

"When I realized who was going into the gym I got out of my car and started walking towards him. As I was reaching for my camera I’d noticed that he’d stopped and turned around, he was looking right at me!"

Snappy Shooterstone, visible upset, so much so that he was having a hard time getting his cigarette to light, went on with his story.

"That’s when I heard it! Something soft but intense, something from deep down inside of me, growing louder, something screaming up from the depths of my very being. . . "

~~~Put the camera down, turn around and walk away quietly~~~
Over and over I kept hearing that same thing!
~~~Put the camera down, turn around and walk away quietly~~~

"It was crazy, when he turned to look at me, I froze! I couldn't move for a moment; and that's when I felt his eyes on me! It was if the stare of his eyes had a weight to them. I think I could actually feel it! It was like it was heavy and pushing on me!"

Snappy took a breath and held it in for moment.

"He turned his body a little more and squared off with me, as if we were two boxers and he was ready to take his stance against me. I couldn't believe it! He lowered his head and raised his shoulders a little and that’s when he threw it! Not his fist, but his look, his facial expression! His facial expression leapt right at me, like he had just thrown something big and heavy towards me with great force and it stuck in me like a knife, but not a knife, just a feeling. The next thing I knew the air between us went stale and then seemed to be sucked out, I couldn't breathe!

Snappy took a few more deep pulls off his cigarette and continued. . .

"He turned his head slightly and raised his left eye brow, as if to twist the look he had just thrown at me in a little deeper!”

You could see the blood running out of Snappy’s face as the memory of his encounter came back to him. Turning pale, with small beads of sweat appearing on his forehead and upper lip, Snappy started up his story again.

”I couldn't take it any more! Deciding that now would be a good time to listen to that voice I was hearing, I took a few steps back, turned, and slowly walked away!"

Fumbling a little, trying to light another cigarette, Snappy went on to say.

"I went straight over to see a friend of mine who's a sketch artist and described what I had just seen the best I could. This drawing is all I have-”

Snappy stopped talking abruptly, relaxed a little and looked up and to the left, as if he was trying to see into the future.

”Maybe next time I'll have the guts to. . ."

Snappy's speech trailed off as he became lost in thought and without saying anymore, turned and walked to his car. As he started to drive away he stopped the car and rolled the window down for one last parting comment. . .

"Ya know. . . I’ll bet-cha that cereal really is good for you!"
